Who We Are
California Real Estate Broker, Inc. (C.R.E.B.), is a leading real estate organization dedicated to providing a collective broker voice in the MetroList Multiple Listing Service. C.R.E.B. provides brokers and agents educational opportunities, access to cooperative resources, and an ombudsman that can consult on a variety of real estate matters. C.R.E.B. is comprised of MetroList Participating Brokers who, in turn, help their clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling real estate in California.
What We Do
California Real Estate Broker, Inc. staff provides advice and counsel to brokers and agents in a variety of real estate matters including:
- DRE issues, audits, license renewals
- State and Association filings
- Classes to fulfill various licensing requirements
- Real Estate ethics and other situations
- Questions about real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
- Contingency removal inquires

To provide California Real Estate Broker, Inc. members with broker-specific educational opportunities, access to cooperative resources and a collective broker's voice in the Multiple Listing Service.
Why We Exist
California Real Estate Brokers, Inc. is a California mutual benefit corporation. It is a non-profit organization owned by its members. The members of C.R.E.B. are the MLS real estate Broker Participants of the MetroList® Multiple Listing Service. All Broker Participants are automatically members of C.R.E.B.
The main function of C.R.E.B. is to provide 10 Directors for the MetroList Board of Directors.
MetroList has 20 Directors; 10 Directors from the Shareholder Associations and 10 Directors from California Real Estate Broker, Inc. (5 High Volume Brokers, 5 Broker Members).
Accomplishments
Recruited and Hired Staff Consultant
Delivered numerous Training Seminars for Real Estate Brokers and Agents about Property Condition and Disclosure Strategies and Residential Law Trends.
C.R.E.B. Seminars have trained more than 5,000 real estate professionals.
